Overview
All images captured by Sean Blowers Photography LLC (“Photographer”) are protected under U.S. copyright law. Unless otherwise stated in writing, Photographer retains copyright ownership of all images. Clients are granted a license for use according to the terms below.
Personal Use License (included with all bookings)
- ✅ Print for personal use (albums, wall art, gifts).
- ✅ Share on social media with credit to Sean Blowers Photography.
- ✅ Use in personal websites or non-commercial blogs.
- ❌ Cannot sell, license, or claim the images as your own work.
- ❌ Cannot use images in advertising or promotional materials for a business.
Commercial Use License (requires separate agreement)
- ✅ Use images in marketing, advertising, or promotional materials for your business.
- ✅ Publish in magazines, websites, or media with proper credit.
- ✅ Unlimited print and digital distribution rights.
- 💲 Commercial licensing fees are quoted based on usage, distribution, and exclusivity.

Model & Property Releases
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all necessary model and/or property releases are obtained when requesting commercial usage rights. Photographer may request copies before granting a commercial license.
Enforcement
Unauthorized commercial use of images is a violation of copyright law and will result in legal action, including damages and attorney’s fees.
